At Briny Co. We have a no hassle return policy. If you want to return or exchange your unused BRINY product for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn/ unused in original condition.

 Simply contact us at info@briny.com or send the item back to our address found in our contact page.

We our proud of our quality, however if you have a return for a defect or quality issue, we will accept the return of our non-customized retail products within 14 days of purchase date, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! The item must returned unused and in its original condition. Discounted items are note returnable but may be issued store credit based on case by case basis. Items must be shipped back to us using traceable shipping method with tracking and packaged in a way where the item is protected against damage during shipment.We will contact you once we receive the returned product and inform you of the status of the return.

Gift Cards are not refundable Discounted items are not refundable only fully priced items Any item that is worn or used. If you find a defect it must be returned before wearing the garment   All sales are final for custom garments. Custom garments cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom artwork cannot be returned or refunded shipping costs are not refundable. sale merchandise is not returnable

Products in an order may ship separately depending on which one of our warehouses in the USA is holding stock. In most cases you will receive a note stating you have been sent a partial order shipment at the time the carrier label is created. In some cases they may arrive days apart, depending on your location.
 
Some of our products require a few days fulfillment time as many of our products are made in the USA and in some cases will be meticulously crafted made at the time the order is placed. As a standard, allow up to 3-5 days handling time on orders. You will be automatically sent a tracking number notification once shipped.
 
We only ship packages with tracking numbers, if you package is lost or stolen once it has been delivered by the shipping company it is your responsibility to resolve. Briny Co. Does not hold any liability or responsibility for packages lost or stolen after the item has been marked as delivered by carrier.
 
Shipping rates are not refundable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Every financial institution processes returned funds differently, some take longer than others.If you have any questions or concerns please contact info@briny.com and we will take care of you. 


If you ordered the wrong size or color we can exchange your item for a different size or color if it is in stock no problem as long as the item is unworn/ unused in original condition with original packaging and tags. Custom order sizes cannot be exchanged, please make sure to check the size charts carefully prior to order. Please contact info@briny.com to confirm the exchange. The exchange procedure adheres to the same procedure as returns.If we do not have the desired option in stock, we will issue a store credit code, that can be used in our online store. It is your responsibility to pay the shipping cost to send the exchange item back. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We our proud of our custom fishing shirt service and strive to serve you to the best of our ability. In some cases cancellations or refunds are needed and are assessed on a per case basis.

Since this service is for customized apparel that is unique to each project, there are Terms and Conditions that apply to the purchase of customized products that are not the same as a typical retail purchase. As such, our returns and cancellation policy is contingent on but is not limited to the following Terms and Conditions:

- Cancellations requested after you purchase and pay for an order and before you have received your first proof for an order from us through email will have a 15% cancellation fee applied to the refund.

- Cancellations requested after you receive your first artwork proof from us will have a 60% cancellation fee applied.

- Cancellations requested after you receive the second or third artwork proof are not refundable.

- If your custom fishing shirt is received significantly damaged, defective or has an error we will require photos and may even request for the product to be shipped back to us in order to assess the discrepancy in-house prior to making a decision on the return. If a refund is approved the refunded amount will not exceed the amount you paid per custom performance shirt. We reserve the right to decline a refund. Any worn items are automatically not eligible for a return.

- Shipping rates are not refundable for custom products.

- We will not accept returns or exchanged for any size related issues, it is your responsibility to thoroughly review our size charts prior to ordering

- Returns must be requested within 3 days of shipment delivery.

- Cancellation/Refund policy does not follow that of standard retail.

- Artwork services of any kind are not refundable.

- Our extensive and detailed artwork proofing process is designed to get your approval for the final artwork prior to the sublimated printing and production of your custom performance fishing shirt. As such, if incorrect elements, names, numbers or logos or elements that appear in the final boat shirt or fishing shirt that also appears in the final print proof you approved, we are not liable in anyway. In such cases contact our customer support and we will work with you to see reordering options
