If you are selected into the Ambassador Program, you acknowledge understand these term and agree to them.

1. You agree to give complete consent to Briny Co. to use the social media content you produce.
2. Enrolling in the Ambassador Program in no way signifies you are employed by Briny Co. This is not an employment contract of any kind.
3. You agree to a commitment of 3 months minimum as a Briny Co. Ambassador.
4. The Ambassador is not permitted to vend, resell or directly sell their discounted or speciality BRINY® merchandise to the public. The merchandise provided by BRINY® is for personal use only, BRINY® in noway endorses other usage of any kind.
5. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time we determine it necessary.
6. Benefits and terms of this agreement may be altered by Briny Co. at any time without notice.
